Hi, I remember being at work in a Hotel in Betws y Coed in Wales when the leisure centre manager told me to find a television. None of us could believe what we were witnessing as the drama unfolded and I still believe that few of us can believe what happened even now. We have been to New York twice in the last three years and seen the devastation and felt the unearthly quiet around Ground Zero the first time and the massive change, visually and emotionally, as the Phoenix began to rise from the ashes as the Freedom Tower began its ascent into the sky.
