It is unfortunate that the people managing this project, and even Governor Pataki himself, aren't all that enamored of the concept of freedom. First they give us a design which has only one tower, noticeably smaller than the two it is replacing, and now they don't think it should symbolize freedom after all. Disappointing, not surprising, but disappointing.
